Made-to-Order Items & Sizing Policy
Some of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if the incorrect size is selected at the time of purchase.
Please check the size carefully before placing your order. All garments are made to standard Australian (AU) sizing.
If you’re unsure which size is right for you, we recommend contacting us before ordering—we’re happy to help.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
