Safe Drop & Delivery Disclaimer
We ship all orders with tracked postage to the delivery address provided at checkout.
If a parcel is delivered to the nominated address and is left in a designated safe place or delivered in accordance with the customer’s delivery instructions, Affiliated Empire is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after the parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you prefer your parcel not to be left in a safe place and would like Signature on Delivery instead, please email us immediately after placing your order so we can arrange this where available. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for this service.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or stolen after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily assist by providing tracking information and supporting any investigation with the shipping carrier.
To help prevent theft, we recommend using a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel or selecting a parcel locker where available.
